  I really enjoy the food here but can't bring myself to give them a five star. My favourite meal is the salad but I do not like the shell bowl so I ask for rice instead. I have been told that they will no longer give me rice instead.

  I ordered a veg bowl with no rice, no meat, and no cheese and the staff still charged me extra for guac. I feel like if I'm not getting all the other stuff it would be nice to throw the guac in for free. Also - if it's a veg bowl the staff should give a little more veggies to compensate for the lack of other food ..but here I am paying full price plus extra for a bowl that's filled halfway.

  The staff are always friendly and fast when ordering. I guess they always have to ask you if you've tried the hot salsa before when you order it because I've been there a dozen times and they still ask me.

  Staff are not particularly friendly or helpful. One thing I wish about Mucho is if it's $3.00 extra for an extra serving of meat, then vegan/vegetarian options should be $3.00 less.
