    A neighbour found my 13-year-old nephew's iPod and handed it over to the police. My sister called them and was told that she could come to the station and collect it. I went on her behalf, but the front desk knew nothing. I gave them her number. This happened several days ago, still no word from the station.

    I understand that they're busy, but if they weren't prepared to return the iPod, then they really shouldn't have collected it. Needless to say, the loss of an iPod is a big deal for a 13-year-old.
