    I have had beautiful arrangements twice now from this florist. I highly recommend it.

    Very disappointed in customer service - placed an online order for delivery - checked out and paid online and then noticed a few days later, an additional $15 delivery fee that we were not aware of. When I contacted the store to inquire about the additional charge, I was disappointed in the response. Would prefer to know total cost when paying and not find out extra fees when viewing credit card bill. The total cost was $90 and the flowers delivered were very underwhelming and not what I expected from the online order photos.
